Coach Profile - Aaron Stubblefield

Aaron Stubblefield is entering his second year on the Trail Blazers football staff this fall. Coach Stubblefield will be in charge of the young Defensive Backs as well as helping with the varsity Safeties.

Coach Stubblefield grew up in San Bernardino California and moved to Denver CO for his last two years of high school and attended Montbello High School. In high school, coach Stubblefield was a 3 sport athlete lettering all four years in Football (received all city, and all conference honors), Baseball (received all city and all conference honors), Track (All State honors), and was a part of the USA Track and Field All American Team after posting PR’s of 47.4sec in the 400m, 20.7sec in the 200m. If it wasn’t for coach’s love for football, he probably would have gone to college to run Track or play Baseball. After high school Coach Stubblefield attended Emporia State University where he played 4 years for the hornets at Safety. Coach Stubblefield was a 4 year starter and all conference performer for the Hornets and was sidelined his sophomore season due to an ACL tear. Coach Stubblefield graduated in May 2009 from ESU with a bachelor degree in Communication and a minor in Coaching.
